Jena Stude is Vice President of Development at Good + West Residential, where she helps create thoughtfully designed multifamily and build-to-rent communities that people across Texas are proud to call home. She joined Good + West in 2021, bringing more than a decade of experience in investment management and real estate. Before Good + West, Jena was an Investment Manager at Blueprint Local, a real estate private equity firm, where she oversaw direct real estate investments in Texas. Her career began in institutional investing, with roles at the University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO), Ascension Health in St. Louis, and the University of Arizona Investment Office, the same university where she earned both her B.S. in Business Administration and her M.S. in Finance. Jena cares deeply about the communities she helps build. In addition to serving on the DRC Board of Directors, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Austin Library Foundation, where she supports literacy and lifelong learning across Central Texas.
