David, born in Taiwan and raised in Panama, offers a multicultural perspective. He graduated from Southwestern University and joined the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) in 1995, where he serves as Director of Case Management and Volunteers, Case Manager, Mediator, and Mediation Training Coach. Fluent in Spanish, he effectively engages in diverse environments and is committed to communication and community service in conflict resolution. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, music, travel, and country, Latin, and ballroom dancing.
